Length 62 feet (19.2m) Beam 16’ 6” (5.1m) Draft 8’ (2.4m) Displacement 33 tons.
Construction: GRP hull and superstructure. Teak decks and teak trim, custom fitted by Fortress Trinidad in 2006. Steel and lead fin keel & aluminium rudder, aft cockpit adjacent to helm.
Interior: Custom fitted light maple woodwork with rosewood insets. Cabin sole: Marinelam non-slip laminate ‘Cherry and Holly’ flooring fitted 2006. Door furniture chrome on brass and stainless steel.
Engine: Perkins 6.354/4m diesel engine. 135hp. At 1800 rpm 7 knots, 9 litres/hr. At 1600 rpm 6 knots, 6.00 litres/hr. Less than 1000 hours use since 2006. Bronze 3 bladed prop. Hurth gearbox rebuilt by MPS Antigua May 2010. Regularly serviced and major service 2012, few hours since. Injectors removed and reset, heat exchanger removed and rebuilt. New water pump 2013.
Generator: Northern Lights 15 kw 50/60 hz. 220/240 volts. (new 2006) Regularly serviced, ahead of schedule. New waterpump 2013. New start battery 2015.
Fuel: Port tank: 290 litres, starboard tank: 545 litres, total 835 litres. (183 UK gallons)
Water: Port tank: 700 litres, starboard tank: 590 litres, total 1290 litres. (284 UK gals). New domestic 24v water pump 2013.
Watermaker: Aquafresh. 126 litres per hour. (UK/US gals per hour 27/33) Fully serviced, new membranes and parts by Watermaker Services Antigua, 2014 and laid up 2015.
Electrics: 12, 24, 110 and 220 volt supplies. 24 volt, 660 amp hours. Six gel cell batteries (new 2011) 220v at sockets throughout. Master volt 1500w inverter. (2007) Mastervolt electronic digital battery charger (2012) New engine start batteries 2015.
Electronics: Raymarine E series chart plotters: E120 at navstation, E80 at helm, ST60 wind instruments, depth, VMG, log. New screens 2015 fitted by Raymarine. Raymarine radar (New 2006) 2nd independent GPS: Furuno GP32 at navstation interfaced to Simrad autopilot, new 2007. Autopilot: Simrad course computer, FG compass and controller, Raymarine 24 volt hydraulic drive and Raymarine ram, new 2007.
VHF: Icom MC504 with DSC at navstation with full function repeater at helm, plus Icom handheld ICM31. Two personal VHF transceivers.
SSB: Presently disconnected but believed to be in working order.
Satellite Phone: Thrane and Thrane (not in use).
Winches: 13 Harken winches including: two 2-speed electric primary winches. (gearboxes rebuilt by FKG 2012, all winches serviced 2012) Lewmar jammers at mast base.
Ground tackle: Quick 24 volt electric windlass, whole assembly and relays new 2015. CQR 75lb anchor mounted on bow with 200 feet of 12 mm galvanised chain. (new 2012) Second anchor: Fortress FX-55 aluminium anchor on chain and rope. Two chain lockers. Complete new Lewmar 250 TT bowthruster installation 2015.
Forward deck wash: Fresh water, serves foredeck, reaches back to mast.
Large sail locker: Accessed from deck, ladder to main compartment, 2 side sections. Anchor controller on coiled lead. 24volt search light on long cord. Bilge pump with ‘Water Witch’ switch under floor. All stripped out and repainted 2015. Access to Lewmar bowthruster, complete new installation 2015.
Spars and Rigging: Francespar / Sparcraft aluminium two spreader mast, boom and spinnaker pole finished white Awlgrip, all removed, repainted and re-fitted by Turbulence Rigging, Grenada, 2011. Stainless wire rigging with running backstays, Navtec hydraulic tensioner in backstay, Profurl roller furling on genoa and staysail. New backstay, forestay and cap shrouds September 2010. New/refurbished sheaves for main halyard and topping lift July 2010. New NAVTEC hydraulic backstay tensioner 2014.
Sails: Fully battened Main and Headsails by Doyle, new 2007 main on Lewmar cars, two reefing points. New main halyard 2014. Staysail by Quantum, new UV strip 2008. New custom stackpack 2012. Head and staysails both installed on Pro Furl roller furling systems. Spinnaker, new 2002, little used. New running backs 2012, new headsail sheets 2012. Sails checked and small repairs 2014.
Canvas: Large bimini with inset LED lighting, covers whole cockpit, sprayhood/dodger with zip out mid section, liferaft covers, etc in light grey Sunbrella, all new 2012. Extensive cockpit cushions and foredeck sunbathing cushions. Aft seating cushions.
AB 360 rigid inflatable dinghy: New 2012. Centre cockpit with 40hp Yamaha 4 stroke electric start T&T outboard. Anchor locker, binnacle locker, SS chain/lock. SS folding anchor, oars. Built in fuel tank. Will pull up a mono skier.
Safety: Two Eurovinyl 6 man liferafts (new 2007) Situated with easy activation under extended aft transom platform. (New case and service for stbd liferaft, Feb 2010). Numerous flares, auto and manual inflate lifejackets. 2 EPIRBS, Emergency tiller aft of wheel. Rechargeable torches. Auto and manual fire extinguishers throughout. Dan Bouy, two life rings, new LED’s 2013. Lifesling/MOB recovery system.
Accommodation: Sleeps 8 in 4 cabins each with separate ensuite heads / showers & hand basins. Air conditioning serves the whole boat via three a/c units. Master cabin and crew/galley aircon units new in 2008. Ample forward opening hatches with sun and flyscreens. Interior woodwork is finished in a light and airy maple with cherry inlays. Ceiling panels are cream vinyl, all refitted September 2010.
Master cabin with king size bed. 3 hatches, double hanging closet, other lockers and drawers. Polished chrome light fittings. Bookshelves either side of bed. Large linen stores. A/C controls. En suite head/shower, with cupboards and wash basin.
Starboard cabin: Double cabin with portlight & hatch, closets, drawers & lockers. A/C controls. Bedside lights. En/suite head/shower and wash basin with mirrored cabinet.
Port cabin: Double bunk cabin with top bunk able to fold away to make a single. Hanging closet and lockers. Bed side lights. Hatch and opening portlight. En suite head, shower and hand basin.
Aft/Crew cabin: Double bunk, lockers, hanging closet, bookshelf, three opening portlights. A/C controls. Ensuite head with shower, hand basin, lockers.
Large saloon: with spectacular circular dining table in polished maple and rosewood. (central section revolves and conceals section for wine storage) Craftsman built bookcase and drinks cabinet. Large storage lockers under seating. Further bottle holders and other lockers. Drinks cooler/fridge. To port: another settee, seats 3 (also makes into additional double berth). Sony flatscreen TV and Pioneer HDMI DVD (2012) Hatches, portlights and feature coachroof wraparound windows. LED floor lighting. Beige Alcantara fabric plus full set of crew covers in dark blue Sunbrella.
Galley: Extensively equipped with gas three burner cooker, oven, microwave (new 2012), refrigerator & deep freeze. Extensive and recent ranges of crockery, cutlery, pots, pans and numerous utensils for the finest cuisine. Breadmaker, liquidizer, toaster. Wine, champagne and spirits glasses. Mugs and beakers.
Hatches: All (eleven) new 'glasses' in Lexan 2012.
Domestic inventory: Large stock of custom made cotton sheets for all cabins. New pillows and pillowcases. Large stock of high quality white towels and coloured beach towels.
Stereo system: CD/MP3 input head unit at navstation running two large speakers in saloon and 4 cockpit speaker system on deck.
Walk in engine room/workshop aft of navigation area: Oilskins locker, bench with vice, comprehensive range of tools, spares, two electric drills, angle grinder. Watermaker. New Northern Lights generator in separate sound box with starter battery, engine batteries (4 lead acid 24v)
Cockpit: Superb for entertaining, easily seats 8/10 people, with beautiful varnished folding table. Sprayhood and full cover bimini, with soft lighting above and at floor level. Steering cockpit separate but close enough for helmsman to be a part of the party and the main sheet traveller is safely forward of the cockpit, over the coachroof. Extended aft teak transom deck with comfortable seating, iceboxes under, s/s passarelle/bathing ladder. Large lazarettes with access to steering quadrant and gas storage, twin tanks.
